Perfect for first-time ultrarunners, this plan focuses on building endurance, mastering fueling strategies, and progressively increasing mileage to ensure you cross the finish line feeling strong.

  • Weekly Mileage: Starts at ~30 miles and peaks at ~50 miles.
  • Key Focus: Long runs, back-to-backs, and recovery to prepare for sustained effort over 50 miles.

Perform Group

Ideal for experienced ultrarunners with ambitious goals, this plan integrates advanced speedwork, elevation training, and high-mileage weeks to sharpen your competitive edge.

  • Weekly Mileage: Starts at ~40 miles and peaks at ~65 miles.
  • Key Focus: Performance optimization, elevation gain, and race-specific strategy.
